Madame Paloma is the first business of Erez Pintok & Hilla Sasson
Erez, our chef, was born in Israel, in the Galilee sea region to a family of chefs and to a mixed culture of East and West, Jews and Arabs.
In 2014 he decided to fulfill his dream and moved to Paris where he began studying at “Le Cordon Bleu”, one of the most prestigious culinary institutions in the world.
Hilla, was also born in Israel, and comes from the world of communication and media. After she worked a decade as a journalist and as a PR consultant she moved with Erez to Paris.
Madame Paloma opened in September 2022. The Bakehouse specializes in Viennoiseries and serve a variety of sweet and savoury premium pastries, all made from real French flour.
